I always, ALWAYS try to watch things in order, especially long-running comedy adventure--even though it’s a new campaign, the relationships between the players and the jokes they make and keep running will have built on all of the time that came before.

"She" being Vriska in the section you found hard to parse. To paraphrase, Karkat asks if Terezi is ok with being blind out of spite toward Vriska (remember how Vriska reacted at Aradia not being mad at her). Terezi says no, that's not why she's ok with it, but she nonetheless derives some satisfaction from telling Vriska, sincerely, how grateful she is that Vriska blinded her. Because Terezi knows that Vriska would find that endlessly frustrating.
Ohhhh, I see. I was focused more on the “grateful” part, and thought she was expressing gratefulness towards her lusus for helping her. My mistake.
I feel like it did that for a lot of people. Like I’m not into He-Man as a series, but I am into He-Man written by people who have a healthy appreciation for magical girls and the fact that he is one.
