He sighed, running a soft hand through her black locks, caressing the ends as she laid on his lap, watching the television. He had no idea what she was paying attention to, nor did he care. A gentle smile crept on his mouth, a finger tracing down the edge of her face, tapping her nose in an affectionate manner.

Wrinkling her nose, she looked up from the show, a curious look in her hues. Curling into a ball, she started to rub his leg, not once taking her eyes off him.

“I wish we could do this more..” she mumbled, knowing exactly what he was going to say.

“... Me too Naomi... me too..”

Okay.. That she wasn’t expecting.

Sitting up suddenly, she rested a hand on his forehead, making him frown at her actions. 

“A-Are you sick Shuuzo? Y-You never agree with me!”

He huffed, his scowl evident as he flicked her forehead, silencing her with a kiss to her mouth. She melted against his form, grabbing onto the fabric of his shirt as she straddled his waist, a hand digging into his hair.

He pulled back, giving a soft smile as he rubbed her cheeks,

“It’s been.. rather stressful for the both of us.. Of course I’d agree with you, idiot..” he chuckled slightly, watching as a nice blush coated her chocolate skin. “But it won’t last for long.. Just a couple more weeks before vacation..” he tilted his head, kissing her cheek, “Which means more time for us.”

She hummed, resting her face in the crook of his neck, inhaling his intoxicating scent of wood and vanilla. She laced her fingers with his, adjusting herself so she sat in his lap properly.
