Welp. I already wrote Eric, Ruby, and Otis seeing Adam sneeze for the first time, and now I ship these two, so I figured why the hell not? Maybe I’ll do the same for Ola and Lily at some point.

It had been a few weeks since Eric and Adam's breakup, and since then, Rahim had come over to the taller boy’s house a few times to help him study and foster his newfound interest in poetry. And also to develop a silly crush that he was slowly, surprisingly, coming to suspect might not be one-sided.

Adam sat on the corner of his bed, deeply concentrated on his copy of Wuthering Heights, slowly trailing his finger along the line of text as he read. Rahim sat cross-legged on the floor at the foot of the bed, his own copy of the book resting safely on his lap. Despite the fact that they were in different English classes and he had only picked up the book to help Adam with his homework about an hour ago, Rahim was already several pages ahead of him. Now he was scrolling through his Tumblr feed on his phone, reblogging several poems in French as he waited patiently for his crush to catch up, or to pipe up with the occasional inquiry about a difficult word or concept.

That's what Rahim thought was about to happen when he heard Adam's breath catch in a quick gasp. But when he turned his head to look at him, what he saw instead was the boy's back tensing as he jolted forward silently, the bed creaking slightly from the movement. Curious and a bit confused, Rahim leaned over a bit more so he could see what was going on, just in time to see Adam clamp his eyes shut as he silently rocked forward a second time, squishing his nose against his fist.

A rare, tiny grin played at Rahim's lips.

"Oh, that was a sneeze.” He didn’t miss the way Adam whipped his head around to meet his gaze, clearly having not realized he'd been 'caught.' "I thought you were having a tiny aneurysm.”

"What's that?" Adam asked, rubbing at his nose rather ungracefully, and quickly masking what Rahim was sure was embarrassment by putting his book back up to his face in feigned disinterest.

"It's—" Rahim realized both that he didn't know how to explain it, and that he actually didn't want to hurt Adam's feelings. He'd teased him enough with his first comment. "Nothing, never mind. À tes souhaits."

Adam slowly lowered the book from his face, looking even more confused, and like he probably assumed it was an insult.

"A what sway?" The little grin threatened to escape Rahim's control again, but he kept a lid on it.

"À tes souhaits," he repeated, slower. "It's French for ‘bless you.’ Well, technically it means 'to your wishes,' but it's what we say when someone sneezes.

"...Oh.” The cogs were responded clearly turning in Adam’s head. He gave a little smile of appreciation. "Thanks. À tes souhaits," he repeated, surprisingly pronouncing it pretty well, and nodded at his tutor before returning his attention to his book, sniffling a bit as he turned the page.

Rahim similarly returned his attention back to his phone. But the moment he knew he could no longer be seen, he broke out into a full-faced grin, and starting typing up a new Tumblr post:

Just saw my crush sneeze for the first time and OMG. Literally HOW does someone make an involuntary bodily function look so adorable?!

If I die tonight, please put on my tombstone that it was from an overload of cuteness.

Raksha found herself rummaging through her husband’s clothing, something she hadn’t been expecting to do, funny enough. In fact, what she should have been doing was running. She couldn’t do that, however, because her wolf had been acting out.

She has been doing that for a while now...

In any case, she has been trying to jump out of her skin at every chance she could get, so now instead Raksha was grabbing clothes. It should fit Adam, both men were about the same fit. She left her flat with a bag in hand, tracking down the destination given to her on the phone. 

Adam hadn’t been hard to find at all. The smell of spices was very overwhelming, Raksha had smelled it a mile away. “How were you breathing?” The brunette threw him the bag staying in front of the dumpster to give the man privacy. 

“They should fit.”
