An Unexpected Meeting || Radam
Here was the thing. Raksha didnât particularly care so much for assimilating herself completely into Swynlake. She understood, yes, that this is where her pack had settled (what was left of it anyways), where their Alpha had chose to be their home, but if it were up to her, she wouldâve just lived in the jungle happily retreated into her wolf.
She wasnât ready to be surrounded by civilization all over again. They were who had slaughtered her son and although she understood that they were in a magic-friendly town and it made things more acceptable for their kind... she still didnât care for getting so close to the place.Â
But, as it was this is what Akela believed was the best for their pack and she did not go against the Alphaâs word even for as much she might question it. That, however, didnât mean she had to walk around town, so she took a walk in the forest instead.Â
She allowed her wolf to stay close to the surface of her skin, she wanted her to enjoy the beautiful nature that thrived in the forest, and perhaps sheâll even allow her to pull forth completely and go for a run. Her thoughts, were intercepted however when she picked the sound of footsteps lurking close behind. To the normal ear, no one wouldâve realized there was an intruder near by, but Rakshaâs wolf had picked it up almost instantly. She turned around, seeing no one, but remaining perfectly still calmly staring at the direction she was sure the person was lurking close by to.Â
âMay I help you with anything?âÂ
