See, this amuses me, because it’s implied MHA takes place a few centuries in the future, so this implies Mina is aware of at least 200 year old memes
Frankly I don’t think Izuku would have even the first clue what Mina is doing or what that even means. I imagine he’d just ask her, and then Mina would have to try and explain the meme to him and he has utterly no idea about any of it

who’s the cuddler: Setsuna!! She absolutely loves grabbing onto Itsuka and never letting her go. She is a very grabby person even platonically, so once they would start a romantic relationship this would only escalate.
who makes the bed: Itsuka makes the bed usually out of habit, although Setsuna does it from time to time as well if Itsuka forgets.
who wakes up first: Itsuka.
who has the weird taste in music: Setsuna has a really weird taste in music, although Itsuka finds it kind of charming? Her girlfriend likes blues and jazz, but like, really old blues (as BNHA is set in the future, that ‘old’ music is much more modern for us, haha)
who is more protective: They’re both fairly protective of one another, neither wanting to see the other get into harm’s way, and being willing to risk their own lives to make sure the other is safe. It’s why they sort of don’t do hero work together - it’d just get messy.
who sings in the shower: They both sing in the shower, but Setsuna has a better singing voice than Itsuka. Setsuna, though, likes listening to Itsuka anyways, simply because she loves her voice.
who cries during movies: Setsuna, although she doesn’t do it much.
who spends the most while out shopping: Setsuna! She grew up in a fairly rich household, so her idea of prices is a bit out of wack compared with Itsuka’s - so she lets her girlfriend do all the normal shopping. When they’re going out for clothes, though, she goes all out.
who kisses more roughly: Setsuna. One time, she accidentally made Itsuka’s tongue bleed with her spikey teeth, and she can never forgive herself for it.
who is more dominate: I’d say it’s a rough 50/50.
my rating of the ship from 1-10: 8.5/10! A solid ship.
