Do you think you can tell us what the show Ash writes for is about?
I've opted to name it QuietDown a Post Apocolytic world based on the main Character Shell (Short for Sheldon) and his enemy turned friend Kiki
Unironically, this is actually a story i was writing on the side but never really did much with it. It was based off of Pokemon so there's still very many similarities!
(This was the first pass! Wanted to have it similar in a way without outright going over it)
Like i said- a Post apocolyptic world where there are little familiar creatures. These familiars choose their partners and stick to them, but ever since the apocolypse fell upon them, all the familiars outright vanished, with Shell having little Chup as one of the last remaining familiar.
His main goal is surviving this world, traveling around and trying to find the cause of it all. Going up against Kiki in a way to have some semblance of normalcy in his workd and untintentionally finding others and dragging him into his found apocolytpic family.
Chup is the main protector of Shell, watching his back even when more people join their party.
Novel wise, Shell and Chup die before the world is fixed, quiet literally sacrificing their life to fix what was broke. Using up their energy and life force to turn back time.
Show wise, Shell has to watch Chup die a painful death. He sees the world fixed on his final breath, surrounded by his found family.
Post apocolyptic world- This world is filled with mindless Zombies, these people are still very much aware and can respond through different ways but can't verbally or physically communicate. They are the main hinderance and can and will kill people, but its clear that they don't want/mean to. The body decays, so if this isn't fixed, the host will die without food or water.
It's a darker subject, and one i imagine Ash to be enraptured in. Especially given Chup and Shell's relationship and partnership. I imagine him grabbing the novel and reading it to his Pokemon every night, restarting if he needs to or catching them up on the side. It's his favorite, so they must know about it.
And as you can see from the ending, Ash definitely made many Fix it, What if, alternative universes to dwelve in the series.
Despite it's darker subject, it's still considered Action/Comedy/Thriller
