possibly ADHD culture is trying to talk to your parents about it and them just telling you that you're just really lazy and that you're overthinking it and refusing to listen to you
I'm sorry anon, disability, especially intellectual disabilities, are really not taken as seriously as they should be. I hope you find someone who listens to you :(
Hey guys this is kinda random and specific but like does the mental hyperactivity part of your adhd also cpunts if its images? Like does it have to be only words to count as mental hyperactivity or do images also count?
i've done research and i've talked to my friends with adhd and i have come to the conclusion that i most likely have adhd and i'm really like. overwhelmed? and i dont know what to do.
what do i do now?

undiagnosed ND culture is suspecting you have ADHD but everyone around you just saying "oh you're just smart!" or "yeah you just get so p a s s i o n a t e about your hobbies!" like no I am genuinely struggling here
.
I just realized I'd probably still be undiagnosed today with my autism/ADD if I didn't look into it myself and then push my local doctor to get me the papers I needed to have someone professional look into me. And I still had to wait two years to start the process.
I know self diagnosing is seen as awful for most people but I think reading up on those things and then do something with that information can be extremely helpful. Especially if you're a girl. Many often fall between the cracks unless they have 'obvious signs' and that sucks. Just because you're not failing in classes and whatever doesn't mean you aren't having a hard time.
If you're able to and you're still under 18, talk about this thing with your parent and try to get them to help you get an diagnosis. If you're over 18, it's still not too late, go to your doctor and say you think you might have x/y and want them to get in contact with the right people for you. It's probably gonna take time, but I can say personally it have helped me
Denying ADHD like...
Me: Nah. I’m neurotypical.
::looks around at desk to see 3 different craft projects. Looks at computer at two separate windows for writing for work and fun::
Me: wait....
