thats not really an achievement at all sorry.

Repair the airship is almost done, all you need to do is find a propeller and bring Cotten and the new parts to the airship to have it fixed.

You still need to find a Gorren or someone who knows about Gorren culture to help you identity the coat of arms in the photo.
