Hi, I’m an 18 year old female. I had always assumed I was heterosexual and heteroromantic but recently I’ve started to question myself. I think romantically I’m just attracted to masculine looking people in general regardless of whether they identify as male or not. I’ve heard the term androromantic used, but mainly only alongside asexual. Is it possible to be androromantic and heterosexual, or do you happen to know of any other possible terms for what I am? What you’re describing is actually a lot more common than you would think. I’m no sexuality expert but if you feel androromantic hetersoexual best suits you and that’s what you’re comfortable with then that’s what you are. You also could be a biromantic hetersoexual but just generally prefer masculine looking people, either way it’s completely normal. And remember sexuality is fluid and labels can change but you also don’t need a label to accept yourself.
