Hey friends! I put up a ton of frogs in a local gallery right before quarantine, and now Iโve gotten them back and am putting me up on Etsy. My partner and I are in the process of moving after being priced out of our apartment by consistent and questionable rising rent, so any support would be very appreciated. Soft rainbow scarf perfect for fall to early spring. The rainbow is bright and beautiful. Show off a little pride with this scarf. Hand crocheted. *The yarn is 100% acrylic. *Comes from a smoke-free home, I do have pets but do my best to keep yarn clean. Yarn and scarves are stored in plastic bins
Queer is an umbrella term used for people who identify with minority gender and sexual orientations. Generally, this means anyone not cisgendered and heterosexual. A Queer Witch is someone who owns and embodies their expression and possibly uses it in their magic. I made much of this piece with rainbow colors as a general reflection of the LGBT and more community. Including asexuals, intersex, pansexual, genderqueer, etc. Specific flags and colors exist for many of these if youโd like to look more into it! ๐ณ๏ธโ๐

When I think of pride, when I think of my queer friends, my family, myselfโ I think of joy, resiliency, and community. And how those three intermingle. Itโs difficult to be resilient without community and joy. Itโs hard to make joy for the future without a resilient past/present. While you can have joy by yourself, thereโs a special joy in your found family community.
This years pride charity collection is really zooming in on those three ideas for me. I want to make joyful things to support my community and help us all be a little more fortified and resilient. ๐
