Lady Au Pair

Her first official  costume (she did mention working for Truckules but we have yet to see if she wore a costume there). Now for a female villian this is a really undersexualized costume by comparrisson to the ones we've seen and what she will later wear. And this is becuase Sheila wants to be seen as a capable villian and not just some bimbo in a costume. She's young and wants to prove herself. And you can see she is rather proud of this costume and identity as she tries to take it up again, meaning that she kept it. It is also interesting to note that her theme is a childs caregiver, even though she has said she doesn't want kids. Sheila has always taken a sort of maternal role towards her henchmen and this outfit is sort of her way of saying I am in charge.

Right after her time as Lady Au Pair she goes to work for her old boyfriend and teacher Phantom Limb. And it is very obvious that this was not what she had in mind. She talks about her job and outfit in distain. And honestly who wouldn't? Phantom Limb treats her like a child and dresses her like stripper. She is practically naked in the outfit and the fact that when she left him she left the outfit says a lot.

Now she has stared her time as the Monarch's number two and it's obvious she enjoys this job, relationship and costume much more. (she wears it out even after she becomes Dr. Mrs. the Monarch). It's simple it sexy and it tells you that she is indeed a doctor. It's professional but undeniably feminine which is what Sheila seems to to with all of HER costumes (the ones she has made I mean).

Now we all know for a fact that The Monarch (unlike Phantom Limb) had no say in the design for this. It was all her idea and when she shows him her sexy new costume his first thoughts are if she will be ok in it. (stating that the wings might make her trip and that her breasts could fall out. Just another reason I love him) You can tell she loves this outfit and had probably put a lot of thought into it. it is my own personal head cannon that Sheila helped design the Monarch's outfit. it's sexier than her other costumes but still rather conservative and definatrly her taste. As the creators said she likes to feel sexy and wanted (it's why they swing) and the Monarch is all to happy to let her wear whatever the fuck she wants. Sheila has come into her own and has proven herself enough so that people now know not to mess with her despite what she wears.
