Day 3 post- op. Netflix has become my go to and surprisingly RIVERDALE isn’t that bad. My parents have been wonderful and I am so thankful they are here to help me. Things I wish I still had packed but didn’t: a surge protector, my hydroflask, a book (but I don’t really like to read so that’s kind of a toss up) and earphones that are not inner ear. The Apple earbuds are great, but not comfortable when I doze off. Like my mom said, we will know better and be prepared for the next surgery. I’ve got so much to be thankful for, especially my parents. This coming Friday, I am going to be undergoing the 1st of 2 surgeries to relieve the pain in my lower legs. This wouldn’t be possible without the love and support of my mom & dad, and close family & friends.
