i look real bad lol but im not taking it personally, it just takes a while for that gross naked sphinx cat look to tighten back up once you lose mass.

unfortunately the choline did not fix the gastroparesis. im pretty sure that's just nerve damage/pelvic venous malformation and not related to nutritional deficiencies or organ function.

if i do have it, it will change my entire life. it means that i can never truly get all this weight off without invasive surgery and liposuction, which i will never be able to afford. it means that i'm fighting an even bigger uphill battle than i thought i was, one that may not be winnable ever. it means that i am potentially going to be trapped like this forever, and the mere thought of that destroys every dream i've had since i was a teenager and i don't - i just don't know how to handle that. it's devastating on a level i cannot even begin to explain

one the other hand, if i do have it, it explains so much. it explains the constant bruising, the pain to the touch, the difficulty to lose weight, the way my legs have always looked from the age of about 12 onwards - grotesque and wrong. it explains everything. it would be a real answer. but it's still one i desperately don't want to hear
