ninefox gambit did this witholding info in the main pov and dropping it casually via another character shtick a lot too but i didnt take any notes then so, im reading the second book right, and "jedao" and khiruev meet and talk in their rooms a lot, they visit each other in their rooms a lot BUT there is no mention of said rooms' locations relative to each other, and then brezan rolls in a hundred and fuckteen pages later with the "jedao had given her the room next to his own, he didnt like what that implied" well now that you mention it i dont like it either buddy!! WHAT İ MEAN İS this is not important information in the slightest, but when its witheld so deliberately and then commented on in this way..
