Ingredients: 1 cup kale, stems removed and chopped. 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen. 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen. 1/2 ripe banana. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon almond butter. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1 teaspoon honey optional. Ice cubes optional.
Instructions: Place the kale, blueberries, strawberries, banana, chia seeds, almond butter, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and honey if using into a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again until well incorporated.
