Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder. 1/4 cup erythritol or your preferred sweetener. 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1/4 tsp salt. 2 large eggs. 2 tbsp melted coconut oil. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 1 tsp lemon zest. 1/4 cup fresh strawberries, diced. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Almond flour, protein powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Whisk together eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest in a separate bowl. After adding the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, thoroughly mix them together. Fold in the chopped strawberries gently. After greasing a donut pan, divide the batter between the molds, filling each to about two thirds full. Bake the donuts for 15 to 18 minutes, or until they are set and have a light golden color. After letting the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes, move them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
