• H E A L I N G • . . Take it in steps, take it in strides. Claim it & declare it over your life. I would argue physical wounds are easy to heal. At the very least we can identify where the injury took place and understand how to proceed from there. However, you can be healed from a physical situation yet have psychological wounds from the experience. . . Psychological wounds are those that must first be aroused before we can locate the reason. Psychological wounds won’t hurt until someone touches them & we react instead of respond. . . An unhealed person will use their reason as an excuse for their behavior, but a healed person will move forward as follows: 1️⃣ Self-talk & reason with their initial perception of reality 2️⃣ Communicate their reason for reacting instead of responding 3️⃣ Apologize for displacing the weight of past experiences onto another 4️⃣ Remain aware of how a person, place, or situation causes reactions to decrease the frequency 5️⃣ Understand the choice to heal is ultimately up to them . . The biggest lie you can tell yourself is you are the only one going through the process of healing. Others of gone before you for a reason. They have knowledge they can share for YOU to APPLY to your own life. . . Awaken, Warriors.
