Self Portrait - I painted this from memory, it’s weird to do a painting of yourself 🙈 but it was a fun exercise! I wanted to keep it graphic and saturated. ️ The last profile painting I did over 9 years ago. From the time I painted that till now I feel like I’ve learn SO much about rendering, color temperature, edges and values. Now I understand why so many artists paint self portraits, not out of vanity, but to assess how far they’ve come as artists. Anyways, thanks for checking it out, I hope you like the end result! 💖💖💖💖
