Throw a Punch

The croud Kuro hung out with as a second year was not one he was proud of. Sure, he was damn proud of his fighting ability, which had carefully been honed throughout his years, but in no way was he proud to be involved with these people. It had been a while since his mother had passed, and he realized he could no longer run from his problems. The group had almost been like a second family, to help him forget about the pain. Now, he was realizing he was only causing trouble for others at school and such by hanging out with these people.
He had almost not come today. His sister was getting smarter, and she was starting to realize where he got hurt from. If she started to worry, well... He might as well die. He was there nonetheless, though, and he was watching carefully as a girl seemed to be getting in a fight with someone. She was squared up, and she looked ready to hit. Oh no.
Kuro put out one of the rare cigarettes he smoked, and he got up, coming over and putting a hand on her shoulder. "Little miss. You shouldn't be doing these sort of things. He can probably break you with one hit."
