its morning offff appt ! if i weigh in at 138 or less at my psych then ik im 135 or under YAYYY !!!! I think im low 130s in true weight but if i show up 135 on her scale then im around 131 lbs :0 so so close to the 120s n if im THAT close then the lock in will stay fs 🙂↕️🙂↕️ I cant wait omgomggg !!!! I mean ill still lock in if im insanely fat it js wont b as "positive" .. praying im 137 on her scale or less 🙂↕️
