TuziTraegerNation Do you know what time it is? It's #traeger time, which means #porkshoulder. Seasoned it last night and put it on my #pro34 this morning smoked it at 225 and then pulled it off at 165 internal temperature. Then I placed it in an aluminum pan with butter, hot sauce, brown sugar and apple juice and increased the heat to 275 and then took it off the smoker when it reached 204 degrees.
