I live in this village/ town thing and there are these people who have lived in this same place for like 10 generations and they're like super inbred and hate so called 'outsiders' and call themselves 'true [place where we live + suffix]' and have this really weird superiority complex. Like they wouldn't even consider me as being from here even though i have lived here my whole life because my parents moved here from Manchester. Also they all sound like they're from Stoke even though we live no where near stoke and the other accents nearby are like soft northern.

It has officially been 2 weeks on presenting my proposal to my professor and still no reply. The man has no problem posting on Facebook and Twitter praising his "chosen one" and his experiments, but I'm still waiting for a simple approval. Amazing.
