Took me ages to find the top picture but so glad I did. Natural bodybuilding can be a little disheartening at times, you put in a lot of work over a long period of time and might not see a huge difference, especially as you’re looking at yourself day in, day out. . . However, if you take a lot of progress pictures (or wankerish selfies) it’s great way of seeing if you’ve actually improved or if you just permabulked for no lean tissue gains. . . Top picture - 12 weeks out of my first contest in 2015, competing in the 75kg+ fitness model category, taken just after an arm workout with a pump. . . Bottom picture - 5 weeks out of my next show, competing as a natural bodybuilder, taken after fasted cardio. . . Funny to think I look bigger in the bottom picture but I’d say I’m around 2kg lighter so I’ve definitely put on some lean tissue in the last 3 years. . .
