In the last stretch of exam prep

At this point in the preparation of the mcat it’s just making sure i know the basics cause i know the content. A lot of memorizing the formulas, amino acids, orgo rxs, and theories.

I feel like in this last week i’ve been very stressed and anxious. I’ve holding off my yoga sculpt classes and been doing more core restore/meditation to help regulate my stress.

In the last week of studying for the mcat. I’m so ready to take the exam and be free.

I did 2 full lengths the last couple of days and have been reviewing my answers. Did pretty well but chemistry and physics I could do with some improvement.

There is a pop up for the ducks since they are in the playoffs! Got some freebies and a commemorative ticket ! 🏒

Yesterday & today have been solely focused on physics and I’ve never hated myself more.

Productivity was at an all time high for a total of 10 hours of revision and practice problems. I still feel like I know nothing.

I met up with friends to catch up and destress this morning.

Such a weird day today so I naturally went to the courts. It kinda helped me but today has been interesting (feeling like a loser/failure lately but what’s new).

Went to the library after my tennis session and started off with some biochem. Biochemistry is quite literally the love of my life. Then I moved on to physics.
