The team meeting Bumblebee's predacon bittie for the first time.

Smokescree: "Gasp, Its a boy!"

Bulkhead: "That's its tail"

Smokescreen: "Its a girl!"

Like, starting with the scene in Predacons Rising, where Bumblebee finds Predaking to ask him/tell him about the other two Predacons on Cybertron, how he doesn't want to fight him or them, not any more. And like, that impressing Predaking, that courage and strength. That nobility. Surely that would be impressive to someone like Predaking. Esp Bumblebee bluffing him with the "immobilizer" Predaking knows it's just a stick but he's letting Bumblebee think he doesn't know what it is cause he wanted to see what he'd do.

Bumblebee being the first one to treat him with real kindness and respect. And it just strikes something deep inside of him.

Helping him to protect the other Predacons and forge some kind of, peace between them and the rest of the Transformers.

But also, Bumblebee teaching the war machine that is Predaking how to have fun, how to enjoy life. How to be something other than a killing machine. Bro was created and trained to be a killing machine, a fighting machine. But the fighting is over so, now what? Bumblebee giving him a purpose outside of fighting and killing. (to quote The Iron Giant "You are what you chose to be.")

(Bumblebee running the math and going 'oh my GOD I'm older than you!' and not letting Predaking live that one down just cause it's is SO funny haha)

I just, it's so good and there is so little content for them.

Bumblebee knew he was playing with fire, it wasn't first the time he's dabbled with mecha most of his friends wouldn't approve of. Then again most of these relationships were short lived, the longest lasting 5 months before they broke things off.

However this time he hoped it would last. As this his new boyfriend made his spark flutter in ways he had forgotten. Though Bee was sure despite everything people will still try and tear them apart. That was one of the many risks of dating his new boyfriend.

"My honey bee?" Predaking would lightly pull the yellow mech closer to his chest. Worry filled his spark as Bumblebee's field remained heavy and closed off. "Is something bothering you?" He then pressed a light nuzzle hoping to sooth his partner's worry.

"Do you think...that maybe this was all a mistake?" Bumblebee then turned his helm away, hoping to avoid those golden optics.

Predaking just blinked confused. He then wrapped his arms his partner's frame pulling Bumblebee closer. Leaning down he placed a tiny kiss on the yellow mech's cheek. "I don't that my darling. Is someone making you think that our love is tainted?"

Grumbling a little Bumblebee just buried his face further into the predacon's chest. Door wings lightly flicking as he listened to the gentle hum of his partner's spark. "Its just the way everyone looks at us" Letting out a sigh he began tracing a patten with his digit. "Like we're doing something forbidden by staying together"

"Do you not want to stay...with me?" A Predaking's spark ached at the thought, but if his love wished to leave he'll let him go. Even if it tore him up from the inside.

"No! I-I mean..." Bumblebee tightened his grip. What did his spark want? Did he really want to risk it all or throw it all away like before. "I really love you. I'm just not sure...do I really deserve you?"

Predaking softly smiled as he wrapped both arms around his lover's frame. "My darling Bee, its I who doesn't deserve you" Another kiss. "You showed me that I'm much more than just a beast. You've showed the light"

That made up Bumblebee's mind. Yes, he wanted this, this was the mech he wanted to conjunx. To wake every morning with those soft golden optics gazing at him so lovingly. Those giant claws holding him like fragile glass, while those powerful arms hold him close on cold nights.

Leaning up Bumblebee would place a gentle kiss. "I want to stay. If it means throwing away everything I've ever known, then I wish to be by your side until my spark gives out!"

"My love" Predaking gave a gentle smile as he returned the kiss. "Just say the word and my spark is yours"

"I love you, with all my spark"

"I love you too, my sweet Bee"

Tensions are still rough between the Predacons (or at least Predaking, as Darksteel and Sky Lynx don't really have a beef w/ the Autobots and Decepticons) but Bumblebee keeps sneaking out to meet with Predaking. Alone.

Bumblebee is about the only bot that Predaking even likes, let alone trusts, which is why he allows these meetings to happen. He's the only one to show him respect and kindness, and it's slowly melting his spark.

Bumblebee for his part is using these meetings to try and befriend the Predacon, to try and soothe those tensions between them. He just, didn't expect to find himself enjoying these times alone with him so much. To find himself so entranced with the Predacon.
