2 weeks, 10lbs, 4.5 inches lost and finally getting my pre-pregnancy body back (1 year post-baby and some health struggles), by eating real food that is not causing me any inflammation and helping me live better. Still a long way to go (35lbs more but doing all the right things helps and added something new tommy diet that I drink twice a day that has been helping me keep my body in fat burning mode.
