At least for me - the #1 reason past diets failed is due to laziness. If you tackle your meal prep with a plan & get it ready for the week, you're 1/3 of the way there; the other 2/3's are discipline & exercise. -- I've got the dinners planned for the week by setting up a menu for each day. I like to prep mine & @luccilee meals after everyone has gone to bed. Guys! I finished the 21DF! I think I lost a pound or 2 but I know I lost a few inches. :] I think I've been gaining muscle and everything's been getting so much easier! Unfortunately there is NO WAY I am doing "after" pictures or measurements because... it just happens to be that time of the month and I feel like a whale.... I'm starting another round of the fix and fix extreme on Monday!
Yesterday I started the 21 day fix! Workout one done :] I'm not going to lie - it was rough and I am out of shape π€£ But I got in my water intake for the day (I should be around 64 but I drank some water not from my hydracoach in the morning). Yay! I'm not following the diet exactly but I'm just trying to make better choices and actually think about what I'm eating. Started off my day with strawberry π shakeology with almond milk and I'm absolutely in love with the meal prep I have been making the last couple months. It's basmati, bell peppers, corn, chicken with a little EVO, white wine vinegar and spices π€€.
