My prayer corner. I collect little charms and I love to spend my time before the lord.
The cross has been blessed and so have all my rosary except the pink one I just received today. The vail is my first and I am still learning to embrace it ✨️
The books you see are essential for my every day.
Imitation of christ- the book that converted me
Devine intamacy- daily meditations
The cross book is my diary where I speak directly to jesus and write very important conversations
Last but not least the Bible - this one, I use my app and need to be more proactive about studying it all the way through instead of opening to a page.
♥️🙏
I love you Jesus
Altar set up for my very tardy novena to St. Agnes of Rome. The candlestick was thrifted from an antiques and vintage mall many moons ago. I wanted to have fake lilies but couldn’t find them in my craft stash except for one. I opted for these plastic leaves that are meant to imitate snow on them. I thought that they might be fitting for midwinter in the hopes of spring, much like how we enter winters in our spiritual lives in the hope of renewal in mind and soul
Catholics, Orthodox, Anglicans and Lutherans of tumblr! How do you change your home altar/prayer corner for Advent? Do you use a different image or icon than Christ, maybe one of Mary, etc.?
Reblog this post and add what art you currently have up in your prayer space… I need inspiration!
