PBS literally caused schools to teach the little ones more advanced reading and math because PBS was teaching toddlers letters and numbers before they even got to school, and they did a damn good job at teaching so many valuable lessons in various aspects of life, and now our government wants to replace these beloved programs with characters that are basically universally loved and who taught genuinely useful lessons to generations of people from the time they began to be able to comprehend anything that was on the television screen with a low-effort lie generator purely for its right wing propaganda.

The fact that they keep doing these things and half the people in the country don’t even seem to be aware and there’s basically no way other than for people to be aware of what they’re doing to actually protect against this shit. The way people are capable of completely forgetting all the good that something did for them because they heard somewhere at some point that it was “woke”. And the fact that rationality and morality are entirely unenforceable and the same things that would allow someone who isn’t purely interested in taking everything from as many people as possible to step in and stop shit would also allow people who are malicious to do the same thing.

The fact that every single goddamn day it’s another painfully blatant violation of several rules and despite how many people in the spaces I’m in talk about them there are still probably entire millions who are unaware.

They want to literally poison the minds of children and are shone how able to effortlessly get people to believe that that’s what any teaching or compassion, empathy, fairness, or justice are. You could literally just say that breathing the shit out of someone for your own amusement isn’t okay and some weirdo will crawl out of the woodwork to call that shit propaganda, and even worse is NONE OF THE “CENTRISTS” OR “POLITICALLY UNINVOLVED” EVER ATEP IN TO TELL THEM THAT THEYRE WRONG. There is virtually no “normie” opposition to even the most heinous and irrational nazi taking points.
