pre-fit test-fit test AKA Fit Test 0
Something happened to my track pants while doing the Power Jacks. -.-Â
so I did not continue my pre-fit-test-fit-test.
but, HEY! about 10 mins into the workout  and I sweat like I've been running a 5k (some exaggeration here).
and the muscles above my knees already ache. just shows how intense Insanity is.
Insanity: Fitness Test [Day 36]
Aaaaah, on to the second month of Insanity - I'm taking a break [just did the Fitness Test like 20 minutes ago] then I'm off to Max Interval Circuit -___-'. Very nervous about it. But here are my results [day 1 - day 15 - day 36] (gain from day 15 to 36, overall gain):
Switch Kicks: 46 - 52 - 60 (+8, +14)
Power Jacks: 37 - 48 - 46 (-2, +9)
Power Knees: 64 - 93 - 109 (+16, +45)
Power Jumps: 18 - 28 - 36 (+8, +18)
Globe Jumps: 9 - 9 - 12 (+3, +3)
Suicide Jumps: 12 -12 - 11 (-1, -1)
Push-Up Jacks: 5 - 12 - 13 (+1, +8)
Low Plank Oblique: 26 - 38 - 63 (+25, +37)
Some big improvements. Unfortunately for the second month, I'll only be doing about 2 weeks. My surgery is on the 20th and its right in the middle. So I'll be ending on either Day 50 or 51. I'll have my 30 day pictures up some time this week hopefully. And before the surgery I'll have my 50 day results. Wish me luck.
