Fall Semester Measurements
School has started and I need to begin my gym regimen. Iâll be working out 4 times a week. Here are my starting measurements taken on September 20th 2015 at 11:40pm in inches (my goals are in the brackets):
Weight (145) = 175.2 Bust (38) = 39.4 Under Bust (28) = 31 Natural Waist (26) = 32 Belly Button (30) = 35.5 Above Hips (32) = 37 Hips (42) = 42 Thighs (24) = 25.8 [right side] Calves (14) = 16.4 [right side] Wrist (6) = 6.5 [left side] Bicep (10) = 12.5 [left side] Neck (12) = 13.5
Body Fat (20-23%) = 24.3%
BMI (24) = 29.1
lbs of Fat (20-25lbs) = 42.5lbs
