I’d love to hear also if there are POVs that you just can’t get into and/or if you’re a writer what your preferred writing POV is!
I always find it interesting to hear about people’s different preferences because I’ve definitely been all over the place throughout my life, haha.
Other sect leaders POV:
Qinghua is the weakest link. They only count on him for stuff like numbers and facts. He’s a scaredy cat. He’s not dependable. He’s still a part of the family, just sort of like the eccentric little kid that is still scared of the dark that everyone sometimes forgets about.
Mobei Jun and the other demons POV:
Qinghua is RUTHLESS. Whatever happened to that one diplomat who made one sly comment about Mobei Jun? What about that time the demoness tried to seduce Mobei Jun and ended up with a burnt face? Or what about the fact that Qinghua drops CRUCIAL pieces of information at the right time, right place and then pretends like nothing happened?
The guy is SNEAKY. He’s sly. And more importantly, he’s POWERFUL. He’s the guy you have to watch out for or else, oops. You got fired. Wonder how that happened.
The weakness is all an act. The crying is hiding the true mastermind underneath.
And Mobei Jun can’t help but find it sexy.
either the absolute best or horrifying feeling
Went through and noted down every time this season we have had a shot of Mike in his own POV, and here's the math [note, some topics overlapped so the stats will not add up to a clean 100]:
The majority of them were him strategizing - thinking of, pitching, or executing a plan. Making up 51%. Makes sense, Mike the leader is back, that's not emotionally indicative in any way, we'll discard it.
From there, 24% were about Holly or the other kids. He's protective of them, and that's his baby sister. He's concerned. In scenes with Nancy, POV defaults to her because it's more focally her plot this season, but otherwise, we do get some shots of him when she's mentioned.
It was about El only 7% of the time. This one is interesting because in those examples, he typically is in his own POV when he first sees her but then not for the rest of the scene interacting with her.
But of course, I skipped one. When we exclude our non-emotional 51%, taking the lead of that remaining 49% with a slight edge over his concern for his baby sister, is of course:
Will Byers. Coming in at 27% of his internal reactions. Making up 55% of that emotional screentime in his POV.
Second place is his protecting his little sister and her friends, at 49% of his emotional screentime.
And an, honestly surprising because it felt like more, far behind last place on our insights into his thoughts about El. Landing at 14% of his total emotional shots in his POV.

Vampires SMP spoilers!!
The difference between Martyns pov and Scott's pov with that fight is SO funny.
Like, Scott was basically unbothered and inconveniened at most.
Whereas Martyn was fighting for his life!! The intense music as he battled Scott.
Got that POV for Welling has me so mushy. Them and MC being mutually Not Normal about each other but trying to keep it under wraps so they don't scare the other off
Yes!! Welling has been Not Normal about MC since the very first day at the academy. It’s only once the MC is safely theirs that they’ll feel comfortable finally opening the flood gates.
