Days Twenty Seven and Eight are together. I took a break yesterday because I was struggling to draw something so I ended up taking a break and wait for an idea to come up tomorrow, and it was worth it.
Day Twenty Seven came from a redesign prompt that I wanted to do: Potion Nova from Pony Life. I ended up drawing her in the G3 art style because when I was looking up information on her, it said that she was friends with Minty, though the legitimacy of that fact was dubious thanks to the Pony Life Wiki having very obvious fan art in the character gallery. But screw it I ran with that fact anyways.
I did some drawings with the new markers to get a feel for them so here is Rarity, post the ten years after Varian was adopted, and a colored Potion Nova
Rarity has started to gray a bit young but she’s determined to age gracefully. She still accessorizes for the occasion and is a very successful business owner.
Potion Nova I just wanted to give a unique color palette since her pony life one was very similar to Sweetie Belles, so I went with colors similar to the ones used to color space photos.
