There is no doubt that these roasted potato stacks look great and taste great too. Garlic, thyme, and Parmesan cheese are used to season the thin potato slices, which are then baked until they are perfectly crispy. You can serve them as a side dish with any meal or as a tasty appetizer at a party.
Ingredients: 6 medium-sized potatoes, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. Grated Parmesan cheese for topping.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. To make the potatoes taste great, mix them with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Fill each muffin tin all the way to the top with potato slices stacked vertically. Grate some Parmesan cheese on top of each stack. After the oven is hot, bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down for a few minutes before you serve it. Enjoy these tasty and impressive potato stacks!
