I’m obsessed with kitchen gardens...I love to plant them and harvest them and simply watch them grow. I love to help others create them as well.. it gives me so much pleasure to watch garden dreams come to life. In my world, all is well as long as the chard is growing and the tomatoes are ripening. Not much gives me as much pleasure as creating a dinner I’ve grown myself. I’m on a personal quest to help everyone I know turn any little patch of grass into a self sustaining food garden, because who needs a lawn anyhow! ?
