Yesterday's food intake- β’ Dark chocolate almond milk porridge, topped with Apple, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. ππ β’ Cinnamon raisin bagel topped with soya butter. β’ Plain soya almond yoghurt topped with watermelon, blueberries, blackberries and a Nakd cocoa crunch snack bar. π β’ Carrot spaghetti mixed with salsa, served with Brussels sprouts, cabbage and mushrooms. β’ Plain soya coconut yoghurt topped with a banana, strawberries, blueberries and Nakd toffee treat fruit and nut nibbles. ππ Super healthy and nutritious, gave me loads of energy to fuel my day especially before and after my workout. πͺππ

Primary staples of a pretty b.a. smoothie!! We kinda ran out of fat free dairy milk, hence the Almond/Coconut blend (which, btw, isn't terrible by itself, just too coconutty for my liking). Also, chia seeds aren't too shabby as an add-in. And frozen peaches. Frozen fruits are awesome for smoothies cause they give the mix a texture that's more similar to a milk shake.
