8) What hobbies does your OC have? What do they do to unwind?

Silika does Turf Wars and Anarchy Battles the most out of the group. They have no interest in going professional, so it's just a hobby even if they're in there a lot. They also like video games, a bit more on the casual side. Unwinding is usually either spent with hanging with Meera or hanging about online. They like to watch gear reviews.

Meera likes to read. She's most interested in slice of life and romantic novels, but she's not snobby about her tastes and will read anything at least once. She's also a very big fan of the band Off The Hook, so she spends time on online fan forums and such.

Jade collects and takes care of plants. Her house is very full of all kinds, though she usually prefers non-blooming plants. She also attends tattoo/piercing events both for fun and for work, and she does play piercings.

20) If they fight, what's their weapon of choice?

... so here's the thing abt them being Splatoon characters. <:3c

Silika mains Dapple Dualies Noveau. They're pretty alright with them, not a 5-star (yet) but getting there. Along with those, they also occasionally use Splattershots (Nova and Pro) and REEF-LUX 450.

Meera is a roller girl, specifically her main is the Carbon Roller Deco. She prefers to shy away from direct combat, and instead focuses on painting. On the rare occasion she goes into Anarchy Battles, she has her Dualie Squelchers.

Jade uses her Splatana Wiper Deco mostly. Due to her health concerns, she doesn't really feel comfortable lugging around heavy weapons, so the Wiper is lightweight enough for that.

Though, if you want to go for a more "traditional" route of weapons. Silika would use daggers, Meera would prefer something like a spear and Jade would have a light sword like a rapier

26) What flower do you associate your OC with?

Something bold and dramatic would be fitting for Silika. Perhaps Fuchsias.

Meera would have something dainty. Forget-Me-Nots come to mind.

10. what’s something you’re excited for?

I have a trip to Powerpark w/ my cousin coming up next month! :> We had originally planned a trip to Helsinki, but scaled it back due to my not so good financial situation. We still wanted to do some theme park visit, and since Powerpark is a) closeby and b) cheaper we decided to switch plans.

(Though I'm still salty they changed one of my fave rides so that I can no longer ride it...)

18. do you still love stuffed animals?

Uh.

You could say so yes. These are mostly guys from my childhood but there's some newcomers in there too. :> This is also not all of my plushies even...

23. favorite piece of clothing?

This Magolor shirt! ... because it's got Magolor lol. No but it's also super pretty artwise and it's comfy. Plus I think it looks nice on me. (pardon the silly censoring I don't wanna put my face here rn)

and also number 18! making art seems to make people happy but often i dont get why because it never made me happy? so im wondering, why do you make art? (genuinely asking, not trying to be insulting)

17. What would you absolutely refuse to draw?

Hmmm. Well aside from the obvious ones, real people? Like, I have been on a croquis course and that's something I'd like to do again. But if you came to me and asked me to draw some youtuber I wouldn't like that. I think it's something in the fact that I 'm not good with humans have trouble getting faces to look like themselves. It's hard enough with fictional characters who at least have some exaggerated features to draw from. Real faces have such minute details that I can't capture.

Happoradio - Puhuit Linnuista

Okay so I could probably put 99% of Happoradio's songs in here, with the exception of one or two songs that the radio looves to overplay. But I'm picking this one because this album is very important to me, and this song was the first one that really caught my attention.

The gentle and dreamy atmosphere of it, and the story that ties in with the other songs and the whole album's themes so beautifully. It's the one that introduces the comparison of birds to children to the album, which follows through some of the other songs and it's just. Mwah. So good.

22:A song that moves you forward

Glee Cast - Cough Syrup (original by Young the Giant)

Here's a specific one. This is my go-to song when I'm feeling bad, but I'm ready to start getting out of the sadness pit. I can't just immediately move into energetic happy-happy music - it needs a transition. This song is the transition.

The original is good too, obviously, but the one I always return to is the Glee version. Say what you will about the show itself, but it was integral in bonding with my older sister. And for both of us moving through after the death of our father.

After all of that, it's still helped me through the slumps whenever everything gets a bit too much. Plus, it's just a very nice sounding song.
