1/06/2020 London South Bank University have given me an unconditional offer!

I have been accepted to all three of the institutions I applied to now. This is really amazing to me as I will always try to be the pessimist in order not to be hurt.

I will be declining Westminster and LSBU, as I have received an offer from UCL’s Bartlett School of Planning where I really wanted to go, however both of these courses looked brilliant.

If anyone wants to talk about postgraduate applications with me I would be happy to. I will also be creating a studygram in the near future - so keep an eye out! Emily xxx

I have finished the second draft of my masters personal statement.

It still is pretty much a suck up personal statement but it is more honest now and a little less over dramatic.

I’m still trying to work out how to crowbar my second lot of laboratory research and have just realised i haven’t even mentioned my volunteer work as a lab tech once.

I really wanted to hand it in today but I’m not really sure it is ready however I’ve been saying that for weeks.

I can't see anything! About Doctor Who, I mean. I'm watching it tomorrow and am assiduously (?) avoiding tumblr 'til then. But guys, I just needed to announce my personal achievement to the world: I FINALLY completed my personal statement and uploaded my uni application. Inshallah in a few days I'll be notified of how very much money I owe them and can get started learning new things! HOORAY!!!
