Advice, please?
Can anyone offer any advice/support concerning scheduling and time management? I have two long-term, wonderful, supportive romantic partners, but I'm really struggling to find enough time for myself and my friends. It already feels like I'm juggling so many things just concerning school and my two partners, I can't imagine successfully keeping even more balls in the air.
Y overstepped my boundaries again, and breached someone else’s trust again, by telling me that Z has been smoking cigarettes (and making sure i knew that she wasn’t supposed to tell me).
what bothers me most, though, isn’t that Z has been smoking - it's that they apparently feel it's appropriate, or necessary, for them to be dishonest with me. it's hard not to let my anxiety take over with speculative thoughts on all the other things they might not be telling me.
i don’t plan on confronting them about this until after my finals, the whole point of me instituting a “no stressful/negative conversations” boundary with everyone was to avoid worrying over things like this until my semester ends, but Y keeps supplying me with things to keep me anxious.
i’m so exhausted by Q and Y’s fights. i wish they could have the self control to at least not get into conflicts in front of me. there’s no good reason for them to have these conversations in front of me, they’re all things that could easily be discussed later. it causes me so much distress, and at this point just being with Q and Y at the same time is an anxiety trigger.
i wish they would both work to address this; especially Y. they need to accept that they are indulging in actions suggested by overwhelming emotions, and they need to work to take responsibility for this. they need to manage their emotions more consciously and work towards communicating in a productive manner.
