48,XYYY syndrome: a rare Y trisomic (chromosome number) intersex variation characterized by mild-moderate developmental delay (especially speech), regular to mild intellectual disability, large, irregular teeth with delicate enamel, tall stature, and acne. Radioulnar stenosis and clinodactyly have also been associated. Children generally present typical genitalia, while hypogonadism and infertility is frequently reported in adults. It's often described as CTM karyotype with two extra Y.
