It’s that constant steady rain that makes me want to go outside and just stand there and let myself be soaked and at the same time makes me grateful to be inside, warm and dry.

It’s that type of rain that I know will make everything smell rich and amazing with petrichor.  It’s that kind of rain when the clouds are just bright enough that I don’t need to turn the lights on in my room and also just dark enough to be feel like I’m hiding in the shadows, just enjoying it.

It’s the type of rain that makes me feel calm and the most creative.
