I currently have nine (9) Fullmetal Alchemist Roy/Ed fic in my WIP. As someone who only started writing in the last month, this is ridiculous. But I can't get the ideas out of my head!

In total, I have two (2) Time Travel fic, three (3) PWP's that - per my madness and against my will - gained fucking plot (pun intended), and another four (4) non-PWP plotfic.

The Peace That Pain Has Made - Plotfic

Two years Post Promised Day. Ed just turned 18.

General Mustang is out of the country doing diplomatic work and Ed is stumping around Roy's house while on medical leave. Ed finds out Gracia Hughes has been killed in a car accident and Elysia taken by child services more than a week ago. He's stonewalled at every turn when he tries to find out where she was placed. He's not family, so he has no legal right to that information.

Not willing to let Elysia be left alone with strangers, Ed proceeds to prove he's learned manipulation at the feet of a master. Forges Roy's name on a marriage certificate, bribes a justice of the peace to claim he married them - back dating it to before Promised Day (with the thought he could claim to want Roy to take custody of Al if something happened to him) - steals the paperwork declaring Roy godfather with both Gracia and Maes's signature from Roy's personal files, and marches into a JAG office so he could demand temporary custody until such time his "husband" returns to Amestris.

After several months out of contact with Amestris and feeling good about the work he's just done, Roy returns to everyone eyeing him and whispering behind his back. He would like to think people are just impressed with his work but he knows better. Is a little concerned about what could have caused this change.

Roy arrives home to find he has a husband he didn't marry and shared custody of a daughter he didn't adopt. His house has been altered so the guest room is now a nursery and everyone he knows thinks he got married to a 15 year old. The rumors are extensive. Everyone is calling him a cradle snatcher. (His mother just laughs at him when he complains because he is.)

Story about them trying to help Elysia through the grief of losing both her parents so young as two men who did the same and reacted badly to the loss. All the while navigating being "out" as the youngest General in history and his scandalously young lover/subordinate whom he apparently married.

Might be a sequel to Fruit From Questionable Seeds. Is definitely the prequel to Silk Flowers.

So this was supposed to fill a request but then it got a mind of it's own and this is what I ended up with...

Pure angst.

There's no emeto in this... but I hope everyone like it nonetheless.

Mila took some deep breaths, trying to calm herself down before she went out to talk to Remy. She didn’t want him to know how much it hurt everytime the second line or the little plus sign didn’t show up. She knew that he would hurt for her as well as himself if she let that mask slip, but that didn’t make it easy. Nothing about it was easy. 

She was disappointed in herself and she could tell that Remy was disappointed every time she would come out of the bathroom with a small shake of her head and a pained smile. Every time Remy would pull her close and tell her that it’s okay, it’s not her fault, they’ll keep trying and then they order her favorite takeout and watch a movie with Leah.

Mila always clung to Leah a little bit tighter on those nights, and Leah usually accepted the extra attention with ease, typically able to tell that she was down. 

There was something different about this time though… she had felt hopeful.

I was going to write up a quick synopsis of each of my fic and post it in one go, but that ended up with over 2K words and was a pain to read on tumblr, so I decided to break it up into individual posts. Therefore:

A King Who Keeps His Word - Plotfic

[When I first got into FMA, I didn't realize that Bradley's first name was "King" and thought that Fuhrer-King was his title. I'm going with that interpretation in this story.]

At sixty, Fuhrer-King Mustang succeeds in his long term goals and steps down as both civilian and military dictator of Amestris to inaugurate a publicly elected President. Is celebrated as The Last Fuhrer of Amestris. Ed gave thirty years of his life and and all his youth to Roy's ambitions so he thinks this means they can now enjoy retirement. That they could spend the rest of their lives focusing on each other, exploring, making new discoveries, rather than putting the country's needs above their own.

Instead, now that the future of Amestris was in the hands of the people rather than the military, Roy starts pushing for that trial he'd wanted all those years ago.

Ed wants to be mad about it but Roy wouldn't be Roy if he didn't follow through and Roy is who Ed fell in love with. Roy won't defend himself, so Ed does it for him.

Ed ends up using all the good will he built over decades as The People's Alchemist and all the good will Roy built as the The Reformer King to affect the trial results. Has a lot of things that were classified after Promised Day declassified under the belief that people can't learn from history if they don't know it to begin with.

No one is arguing that Roy didn't do war crimes but Ed does argue he already paid for it. Not in suffering and death but by completely altering the systems that allowed Ishval to happen in the first place. Asks if they really wanted to baptize their new government in blood.

Might be another sequel to Fruit From Questionable Seeds and companion to The Peace that Pain Has Made.

I don’t actually know how good this is but it’s what I got. This is also gonna double as a lowkey intro to Finn and Drew’s plot. I hope you enjoy even though it’s kinda bad and I didn’t proofread it.

Warnings: General descriptions of illness (just cold stuff).

Finn let himself into Drew’s apartment, she had given him a key awhile ago but this was the first time he actually had to use it. He went straight to the kitchen and poured himself a glass of water, downing the whole thing. He felt like shit, if he was being honest. His throat hurt and he was exhausted, all he really wanted to do was lay down but he wasn’t about to cancel dinner over a cold. He leaned his head back against the cabinets and closed his eyes, he took a deep breath through his mouth since breathing through his nose was becoming a chore. 

“Jesus fucking Christ, Finn! At least let me know that you’re here, a simple ‘Hey Drew! It’s me, your boyfriend, not a goddamn serial killer,’ would suffice.” Drew yelled, standing on the other side of the island holding a broom.

“And what were you going to do with that? Broom me into submission?” he laughed, and then broke into coughs.

Drew leaned the broom against the counter and walked over to Finn, wrapping her arms around him. “I’m stronger than I seem… What’s wrong with you?”

“Nothing, I’m fine. My throat is just scratchy.” 

“You sound sick.” She mumbled, tugging on his shirt.

“It’s just a cold, I’m okay.” He said, leaning down to kiss her.

“It’s just a cold so you’re going to infect me?” She said, pulling away and walking into her room. She came out about five minutes later, changed with her hair pulled out of her face.

“Why are you changed? We have reservations in like thirty minutes, it was really hard to get a table on Valentine’s day.” He said, pushing himself away from the counter. 

Drew approached him and pulled off his jacket before unbuttoning the first couple buttons of his shirt.

“I’m sure there is some desperate couple out there who would be dying for our table. C’mon, I can crack open a bottle of wine and we can just relax. I feel like we never just relax.” Drew grabbed Finn’s hands and pulled him into the living room, sliding her sock-clad feet backward across the floor. “Your nose is bright red, I’m pretty sure you have a little fever, and you sound like a sixty year old who smoked marlboro’s their whole adult life. Lay down, please.”

“You’re going to be drinking wine alone, it would be a waste on me I can’t taste a thing.” He said, sniffling through his stuffy nose.

“Then we’ll have a dry night,” She sat on the couch, pulling her feet up and patting her lap. “It’s okay to unwind sometimes, baby.”

Finn sighed and kicked off his shoes before laying across the couch on his stomach, his head falling on Drew’s legs. “Thanks.” He mumbled, closing his eyes.

“No problem at all, you’ve been taking care of me and my random bouts of illness recently. So I can be here for you.” Drew carded her fingers through Finn’s hair and then ran her hands down to his shoulders.

Finn sniffled again and coughed, “That feels really good.”

“Does it?” Drew trailed her hands down his spine and gently massaged his back.

“Mm, I love you Drewann Louise Kennedy.”

“I love you too, Loser. Happy Valentine’s Day.” She mumbled, leaning down and kissing his hair. “You can’t leave me alright? You’re stuck with me Finnegan Marks.”

“Who said I’m going anywhere?”

“No one, I just- I needed to say it. I love you and I hate it, but you make me feel things and I need you, Stupid.”

“I need you too, babes. You have nothing to worry about.” He mumbled, sleepily.

I will read short fics, and oneshots, and stories with a limited narrative scope? but I am never (never) interested in looking for them. im hungry for longfics !!!

He'd watched in horror as nails lengthened, as teeth sharpened, as skin grew yellow and taut against a new face like a ghoulish mask. He'd screamed... cried... laughed... Why had he laughed? Was he still laughing, or was that the sound of rain against the window or the voice inside his head?

There's a knock at his door.

"I-I-I-I-I'm b-busy!"

"That's alright, Mister Mayor-ler."

It's Anna.

"I just wanted to let you know I'm heading home for the night. There's a storm on the way, and I don't want to get caught in it. Please be safe tonight."

"NO!" A scream. Which one screamed, which one is scared? Scared? Like... of thunder, of lightning, of the rain that's laughing, laughing, laughing?

He runs to the door, wrenches it open. "YOU LAZY, STUPID GIRL!" he screams. "YOU ARE LEAVING?! IS THAT A JOKE?!!"

And she merely lifts that impertinent nose to him. Insolent, ridiculous, never worked a day in her life...

"I... I'm going to leave. Yes."

He takes her wrist, teeth flashing, breath hissing. "NO, YOU WILL NOT LEAVE!"

And he hits her, leaving a pretty little scratch on her cheek. Pretty... Pretty is her scream, high and trembling... like an opera, or is it the lightning outside that whines in the air between them?

He should bite her face off.

He screams, he swats her away, sends her running down the hall as the first thunderclap tears at his ears. "NO... COME BACK!"

The lights flicker, and he's left screaming in the darkness.
