I keep forgetting to share these! A while back, I posted a few illustrations of Tales of the Abyss characters as dragons from the Wings of Fire setting! Here are Jade and the Fabre boys. (Bonus human Mieu)

So, some time later, I came across Hebi_Haberdashery's youtube series about turning the entire WoF cast into plushies, along with his free patterns. I, in my novice ignorance with almost no sewing experience, said "that looks fun and beginner friendly!" (Spoiler, it was definitely ONE of those things, the other is maybe debatable. But I am very stubborn)

I also immediately started making modifications to the patterns to suit my own preferences for things like crests, wing shapes, body shapes, tail shapes, and even head shapes eventually, adding a lot of extra details like belly scutes and eye ridges etc. So these aren't 1:1 Hebi's patterns, but they aren't ENTIRELY original (I am still using his patterns for legs, specifically, because if it ain't broke...).

Anyway, left to right:

Princess Beryl of the Skywings (Natalia, unknowingly half Sandwing)

Light of the Skywings (Luke)

Ash of the Skywings (Asch)

Mistwalker/ "Mist" of the Seawings (Tear, Secretly half Nightwing)

Jade of the Icewings (Secretly half Nightwing)

I'm like 80% of the way done with Guy, but he was an experiment with different (and stretchy!) fabric and I'm having to hand sew ALL of him. These ones use exclusively quilting cotton and felt. No stretch. A tiny bit of cheap fabric paint for details.

If y'all are interested, I can take more detailed pictures of them from different angles later.
