And my main reason for holding back on reading into things for this show is because I genuinely don't know how much thought was actually put into it on Viv's part. Not saying she couldn't have put thought into it, but sometimes coming up with theories or reading into things for this show feels like trying to do the same with Family Guy or something.

But anyway, what happened?

Because when could Alastor...

...touch flowers? Without them wilting?

Like, in the comic, in that panel (#8) I don't think he's entered Cannibal Town yet. This is just some random park. And the demons there aren't from Cannibal Town. And, from what I've gathered, unless you're a fellow Cannibal Town citizen (unless you're Alastor) you can't really survive in that town.

But yeah, unless Viv just forgot that little headcanon she had for Alastor, he can at least touch the flowers that grow in Cannibal Town. Which, lucky him, because for some reason Cannibal Town is full of flowers:

And at first I was like: "Okay, well, Rosie is the leader of Cannibal Town. Maybe she just had them planted and upkept because it was her name?"

Very...self-centered of her, but it's fine 😂 more power to you queen, I guess.

I mean, even the statue is surrounded by roses:

This is the part where I'm going to spout off things I noticed but not really connect them, because I'm still iffy on the idea of Rosie BEING Lilith, but I do think they have a connection with each other.

Firstly, the statues themselves? No pupils.

Design choice for animation specifically? Probably. But it does make them look more like the people from Cannibal Town.

Secondly...shoot, I forgot...

Oh yeah—

Here's some stuff I found about pink roses specifically, since the ones Alastor is holding in that second picture kinda look pink. Turns out, pink roses are considered the original Rose.

(kinda like how Lilith is the first woman)

And they're usually used to express gratitude, so maybe that's why Rosie likes them so much? Perhaps she's paying tribute to the royal family or maybe this is that self righteous bit where everyone plants them out of gratitude for Rosie?

Also fun little thing is that they're most commonly given on Mother's Day. I feel like you can see where my thoughts went with that.

Maybe this is a stretch, but kinda weird how Lilith and Rosie have flowers names? (Lilith = Lily)

Also also...we never actually see Lilith's eyes in the few shots we're given of her in the show. She always has sunglasses on to cover them. Weird. Like, we've seen literally the rest of her body, why would showing her eyes be like...

It's hard to explain—

Why would the lack of her eyes being shown be what keeps us from going, "oh yeah, that's Lilith" or like season 3 is when she's actually going to be revealed? Because we've already seen her...so she technically doesn't need to be "revealed" in season 3 or anything...we just haven't seen her EYES.

Also wait-

When that deal with Alastor breaks and Rosie no longer has Alastor's soul, her eyes (or lack thereof) flash gold? Kinda like the statue of the Morningstar family?

Dang, there's a 10 picture limit...okay, but her eyes do that.

And I also feel like it's worth mentioning that when we see the helmets the exterminators have? Adam's is the only one that has golden (yellow? Idk) eyes. Everyone else has pure white. He's probably a higher up angel (was) with more power and authority.

And if Rosie had that kind of power, too, thanks to Lilith? Maybe that's why her eyes and magic are golden as well.

So I will never 100% give an answer because as soon as I confirm one single person I feel like it takes away from what's left of Casey's strength, the other parent is irrelevant to the story anyway I promise :)

I do insinuate it's a specific person in the fic but she is Casey's and only Casey's with a very supportive uncle Slash who loves her dearly

Since Casey already is at his second lowest point in his life during ZMNT 2 I feel like demonstrating the cause of the first too strongly takes away from the more current crisis. Plus if I definitively tell you guys a person and then show the character of that person and they are less powerful seeming than Casey I don't want it to affect your perception of Casey because that is important later

He was drunk enough that he will never remember and he will not allow anyone to DNA test her no matter what he has to do, if he knew who the other person was it would destroy him. Not even the identity of the person, just knowing who caused him so much misery. He loves Cassie so so much but that was the unhappiest time of his entire life. Plus he was drunk, so... consent while drunk is a foggy subject and Casey feels like he was taken advantage of based on the fact that there must not have been contraception in use (he did have birth control pills at that point in time)

A hand grips at Vio's face in an all to familiar and unpleasant way. Seems the being he made that deal Farore kept mentioning was most assuredly not who they'd thought they had. How and why the demon sword was the being eluded him. Hadn't he gone to a timestone altar dedicated to Khronos??

Glaring up at the demon blade Vio gritting his teeth glared harshly. " Why would I remember something done in a state of delirium? We've met before that, and you were quite apt then to comment on the fact that I-"

His face gets squozen harder the blades sharp talons digging in. The blade himself with his cracked face looking rather unimpressed at the attempted snark. " Silence. I was not done speaking brat."

Huffing as their face is still being held, he concedes to just look at the demon blade with murderous contempt in his eyes. With him just the slightest agitation could earn Vio's tongue being sliced out of his mouth.

" Regardless of what you may have thought you were doing in that Temple a few months ago. The simple fact is I'm owed a debt by you, and I fully intend on claiming what is mine. I've already given you far too much grace on that as it is." A bit roughly he turns Vio's head observing it some more. " I want you to get on with finding that stone tablet. After all you destroyed the one in the other future the moment you realized what it was for."

".... I destroyed it there because it was going to-!" Two fingers promptly get shoved into his mouth holding his tongue down. Given Vaati used to use the same method when he got mouthy before Vio tenses, beginning to shake in response to the action. He hates when others do this. Hates it! Hates it! HATES IT!!

Ghirahim scoffs starting to smile as he gets more of a reaction with that. " .... You've gotten easier to read since last time. I really should look at that little mouse's notes on you more often~!
