MAJOR ZORA SPOILERS + THEORY😸
one of the biggest things is obviously the salvation gravestone. but lets be honest, do we really think this is a real person zora was talking about? personally i do not. salvation means getting saved, rescued, or delivered from danger, etc. and from what we’ve seen from this session, zora SAVED people. like, she played it off as “showing off,” but that seriously wasn’t the case. she said to herself before to. like. let the zombies take them out, yet saves them from those exact zombies every chance she gets? i truly think she is grieving her salvation, her instincts to save. as she said before, she isnt the “savior” she once was. and as soon as she visits the grave of her salvation, she kills baablu? it doesn’t make much sense.
if we really do think about it, what if “salvation” WAS somebody? someone she swore to protect, to save. yet she failed. and she doesn’t even WANT to say the name, so she buried her instincts with her friend and hoped that her instincts died with that person. grief shows itself in many ways. zora has been in the city for about a year. she also came on the van, so she had to of come with someone too. in the last session, she said she didnt know if anyone from her van was still alive. from the first session, she stated she wanted friends again but wouldn’t because she would probably kill them. she had friends.
the seven colors of salvation. black, red, BLUE, white, green, gold. blue. the blue in the seven colors means baptism. “whoever believes and is baptized will BE SAVED, but whoever does not believe will be condemned. Mark 16:16”. the members from people who talk to themselves club: okay WHERE does religion play into all of this shiloh… SOOOOO GLLAADDDD TYOUUUU ASSKKEEEDD!! decayed and decrepit seems to be circling around religion. THINK ABOUT IT. why would they choose a church of all things to hide a machine? why would that machine be to cure the infected, but to do that you would need to sacrifice? this machine, like jawn(i think?) said, is just playing god. and now think about this, if this ENTIRE thing is all around religion, is that why the color blue is so important to zora’s lore? to be baptized is to clean all of your sins, and it is to be saved. is that why she buried salvation???? salvation, as we know, is her instincts. she was born to save people, her name is legit “Zora the Savior”!!!! and ever since she did, shes been killing. her “urges” are her sins. she buried salvation with blue flowers on it’s grave to prove she is sinful. i have no idea if this makes sense to ANYYOONNEE…but it makes sense to me. “For the wages of sin is death…Romans 6:23”. its hard to stop believing something unless you never did in the first place. is that why zora keeps going back to her salvation?
OR is it what i said earlier, and just a name for a friend, or friends she has lost? i have no idea and i think im going insane DDREEEAAARRRRR GGGOOOODDDDDD………..because why would zora be apologizing to it? it.dont make sense i think im just rambling on and on and on and im not even making any sense at all WHO IS THE PERSON SHES TRYING TO FIND. does it have to do with her past friends? does it have to do with that grave??? WITH SALVATION??? oh DEAH save me im so confusded jeezzzzz i guess only time will tell. yeah oh jeez
