He’s an only child, right? He probably asked his mother for a sibling once.
But anyways! The point is, if he were your older brother, he would be a huge opposite of Bakugo (shamelessly advertising my other work, you see). He’d shower you with praises! He’d buy you everything you wanted, and he’d let you do anything you want to do.
If you told him you wanted to become a princess/prince? He’d surprise you the next day with this dress/suit awfully hand-sewn (idk if that’s possible but you get my point) and a crown you can buy for a dollar. He’d take videos of you, making you dance and all. Heck, he would be the horse so you can ride on his back!
When it comes to school, you’re not in trouble. Midoriya is a smarty pants. Having trouble in math? Let him watch it and in a minute, your homework is done!
When it comes to disciplining you, that is his weakness. How can he ever reprimand you or tell you to stop? Especially with your tears? One tear can immediately break his heart, shattering his resolve. In the end, giving in to you and wouldn’t be scolding you anyway.
And when you’re in trouble? Like, I’m at the police station trouble? He’d sneak his way out of the dormitories, running or jumping (with his quirk) towards the police station. He’d appear in front of you with worry in his eyes, caressing your hair as he asks you what happened. Talking it over with the officers, perhaps would use his license (but if it was your fault why you got your ass at the station, he wouldn’t use this of course). Explaining to them why you shouldn’t be there.
