The cat came back with a plane wreckage jkjk The house is full of old plane models and I know not to touch them due to how delicate they are. But when I saw that a plane wasn't hooked onto the a wall and was instead on a desk. I took up the photo opportunity.

“Do you wanna build a snowmaaaaan ...PLAANEEE~?!”
Topic for today: Build Here you have my OC - Edan with his 1st son - Dasuke, building a plane model Q 3 Q (I mean, Daisuke is building most of it and complains how his dad can’t do it properly X’DD)
Painting regular model kits takes a lot less time than painting gunpla. In two days I got this painted up, detailed, and weathered. I learned a ton about proper paint masking and layers with this, good thing its weathered so the mistakes aren’t as visible. I might have gone a bit overboard with the weathering but I really like how it came out, I wanted it to be a sort of plane that’s been through hell, but still ready for a fight. (ignore the X-15A-2 base, its the only thing I had that would prop it up off the ground.) After fixing and painting it up it kind of makes me want to give military models a go again lol. Maybe, someday after I’ve finished all the mecha related ideas in my head.
