> Sky : Appreciate the small things
You’re still not entirely sure how they’re getting in here, but the pixies seem to be a fact of life by now. As is their tendency to steal things from the food hall and exchange them for other things that you find distasteful. Perhaps there is a better solution, though.
And so, you spent a few hours in the dark of the night, your rear half sticking out of wall panels as you install a few new robotic systems, and place a miniature balcony in an alcove about ten feet off the ground. There are very delicate tiles and railings, decorative elements made from soft carved stones and moulded starry blue acrylic, tiny working sinks and counters and tables and seats, and tiny pneumatic vending machines built into the walls.
There is a small poster pictorially explaining the usage of the machines, and how they can be used to exchange seeds for coffee creamer (in human-thumb or pixie-fist sized containers), sugar, cooked vegetables, or fairy-sized blank paper journals. There is also a wall-screen, displaying which seeds are currently most and least prized. Seeds for crops that the city currently farms are not among the ones that will be accepted here, for various reasons, but...
..there is ever so much biological variety out there, and it would be nice to have ready samples of every plant, with plenty of genetic variation. And it would also be nice if they stopped leaving dead animals next to the coffee machine. Only time would tell if this strategy worked though.
... Also the miniature tables, dishes, and seating arrangements were adorable to create. This would be rude to articulate, so you decide not to. Ever.
How does this even happen???
I’m beginning to look like my brother when he was in 8th grade... time for a hair cut.
Part of me kind of wishes I’d get fired so I wouldn’t have to stress about work.

Finally got a new phone and it's niiiiiiiccceee to have a fully functioning phone again. Also found a fantastic breeder for the mini auss I want! She's totally down to let me wait two years to neuter my pup, and she's not going to doc his tail. She also does temperament tests, which is fantastic because there's a chance he'll be a therapy dog at work (if the training service nearby is up to par, and we get the big boss' permission). Her litters won't be ready til late November or early December, which is perfect!
There's someone on Facebook rehoming her axolotls and I want them ;n; they're housed together in a 50 gal tho, and I honestly don't have room for more tanks until I move next month. I'm afraid they'll go to a bad home though.
I sprained my ankle really bad yesterday, and due to the stress of it all and driving up the mountain/meeting bf's family, I kept waking up with anxiety attacks last night and now my stomach is terribly upset. Can I just have a single vacation with out my body throwing a fucking fit???
