A heatwave is of course, the best time to do all the tank maintenance I don’t have time for during the school year.
I should have taken before and after pics, but frankly the lotl tank was rife and disgusting with algae and it was embarrassing. All scraped, filter maintenance done, 100% water change, baby swords added, and the boys are loving it.
I had a chance to briefly scoop Noice in my hand, and HOLY COW he’s hefty!

SHE'S LIVING HER BEST LIFE RN CHAT she had her first live wormies today and she LOVES them. She's only eaten frozen dead bloodworms before which are in her little fishy cube and I reckon she defo prefers to feel the worm moving in front of her. SHE LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE BABY PREDATOR SHE'S SO CUTE-
Also her colours have been shifting a bit as she's gotten bigger and her little speckles are suuuuper visible now. She looks like a little mini pebble I loooooove her.
She's finally moving in better and it's been a couple of weeks now, maybe longer idk but she's eating like a good lotl :3
