So I love your bladder hold challenges and was wondering if you would be able to give me a challenge or schedule?
I have a 4 day weekend coming up snd would like to do a hold for one of those days (or maybe two days 🙈.
Im not really into wetting myself and wouldn’t mind doing doing tasks during the hold

Yeah, how about a schedule?
Assuming you're awake for 12 out of 24 hours in a day, every 2 hours you are required to drink 16oz of water. At hour 6, drink something that is a diuretic, be that tea, ginger ale, whatever.
You are only allowed to pee every 4 hours, meaning you can only pee 3 times during the entire 12 hour period. To make things harder, during one of those opportunities to pee, you are not allowed to fully empty your bladder. It's your choice at which time you don't fully empty your bladder.
Tasks you can do during the time while holding:
use a belt to put pressure on your bladder
do yoga poses that require you to lay on your belly, putting pressure on your bladder like upward-facing dog
do exercises that jostle your bladder or expose you to the potential to leak like a deep squat or crunches
masturbate while full. no cumming or pissing
press down on your bladder with your hands or lean against a table or counter that's at the right height to add pressure
double the amount of water you should drink
If you are able to, do this for 2-3 out of 4 days of your long weekend!
